How do I register?
 Please fill in the registration form above on the page. You will be contacted by the ARCAD team for the participation confirmation and more detail a few weeks before the event. 
Is there a participation fee?
 No, we are happy to invite all our customers for the conferences and parties. Only the travel & accommodation fees are on your charge. 
How to get to the event venue and where to stay?

By train:
The nearest train station is Annecy. From the station, you can take bus 20 or Y62/Y63 to the stop “Chavoires” (direction: Talloires-Montmin / La Clusaz / Le Grand-Bornand).
The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. The conference center Les Pensières is just a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.

By car:
Parking is available on-site at Les Pensières. Please use the intercom at the entrance gate to request access, mentioning ARCAD.

By air:
The nearest airports are:

  • Geneva Airport (Switzerland)
  • Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport (France)

Accommodation & logistics

The ARCAD team can assist you with hotel bookings, Airport transfers etc.

Preferred rates are available at a selection of hotels in Annecy city center.

If you would like to stay at Les Pensières, please note that bookings can only be made through ARCAD.
