Philippe Magne is the CEO and founder of ARCAD Software, an international software company specializing in cross-platform solutions for DevOps, application modernization, test automation, and data masking. He leads the company in delivering a comprehensive and integrated portfolio of solutions, distributed worldwide by IBM. Philippe is a recognized expert in modernization and a frequent speaker at IBM events.  

  Marc Dallas is a key figure in technological innovation at ARCAD Software, where he has been working since 1998. After serving as Product Manager and Lead Developer on the client side, he took over as Head of R&D in 2008. As VP of R&D and Chief Architect, he defines the company’s innovation strategy and ensures the architectural consistency of the entire portfolio of solutions, with a resolutely production-oriented approach to operational software. He is also responsible for the direction of DROPS and, since 2025, has been steering the company’s AI strategy.  

CTO of ARCAD Software since 2000 and now Business Line Manager of the DevOps for Legacy brand, Michel Mouchon is responsible for defining ARCAD’s overall technology strategy. A pioneer in areas such as DevSecOps and digital transformation, he drives innovation to support the company’s growth. In this role, he plays a key part in coordinating the R&D, Engineering, and Pre-Sales departments.

Michel has developed broad, cross-disciplinary expertise in IT, beginning his career with a dual degree in Electronics and Software Engineering. His constant curiosity for emerging technologies — and how to apply them within the ARCAD and DevOps ecosystem — combined with his strong communication skills, has helped strengthen the ARCAD user community. He has also played a decisive role in highlighting new technologies, including today’s advancements that leverage AI to transform access to products and application knowledge, while maximizing the added value of ARCAD solutions.

 With over 20 years of experience in IT project management, commercial leadership, and software solution development, Marie-Céline has been working at ARCAD Software for 15 years, where she currently leads the TDM (Test Data Management) Business Line. 

 Alexandre has joined ARCAD in 2015. Over the past 10 years, he was the COO in an insurance company, and previously project director in an IT engineering company. 

Graduated from Supélec in 2001, Christophe began his career as a C/C++ developer, consultant/project manager then took responsibility for Professional Services at CAST Software from 2010.
Following this experience, Christophe joined ARCAD Software in 2019 to support the development and growth of the services activity. 

Blaise Diagne, a mathematician who went on to become an economist and econometrician with a degree from CERDI-CNRS, began his career as a spatial economics consultant for local governments before joining the Crédit Agricole Group in 2000. He held positions as an economist, and later as head and manager of decision-making projects, at the Caisse Régionale du Languedoc, followed by CA-Consumer Finance and CA Leasing & Factoring. He spent 18 years there, working in the Sales, Marketing, and Network Divisions, and later in the Information Systems & Digitalization Division, where he established numerous pilot units, services, and departments, playing a key role in projects and the management of the entire information system in France and internationally. Since 2018, he has served as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for CAL&F’s headquarters and subsidiaries & branches, overseeing GDPR compliance across 11 countries. At the same time, he is committed to community integration through academic and professional mentoring, having founded the association “Détours pour le Futur” in 2014 and serving as the CAL&F ambassador for the national association “CAPITAL FILLES” since 2020.
